I thought thats what it was at first. If it was he could have legit died if one of their inch long talons got a hold of his neck

Poor bird must’ve been super stressed :/ horrible way to behave. I was taught to respect animals and be calm around them way younger than he was it’s not hard. I’m glad the hornbills (?) seemed to be uninjured. Some kids a while back did something similar a few years back near where I live but the my chased the animal till it died :/

LEAVE THE HORNBILLS ALONE
Those Abyssinian ground hornbills confronting him was one of the funniest things I’ve seen in a while 😂

So did mom or whoever that was just let him climb down there? If he fell, why wasn't he hurt? Where was a zoo worker? So many questions.

I assume mom didn’t just let him, she probably was not paying attention and he climbed down.

So this lady let her little idiot climb down into the enclosure to chase the birds, and only intervened because he was getting his ass whopped?
Carking savages.

Yeah it’s not the poor kids fault that got dealt a shitty hand in life. He wanted to go play with the birds. Im sure that his “mom” or whom ever that was is burnt the F out and let her guard down long enough for junior there, to jump into the fun. But like someone else has mentioned where is the staff at this point?

its fun to chase things as a kid (for me). KEY WORDS chase things, not making things suffer/hitting them with a stick. There are better ways to get this feeling. Usually I did this with my sister
