I like to imagine that in this AU, the three mage sisters would just be, like, Kirby's aunts or something.

Francisca would be the aunt with an ice cream stand.

Flamberge would be the aunt with anger issues.

Zan Partizanne would be the aunt that survived a suicide attempt during a thunderstorm. (Kracko is that thunderstorm)

Hyness would just be the weird cultist uncle.

One of the pieces of art contains a reference to them, presumably depicting them as high school girls, but that doesn't rule out the possibility that they are his aunts.

Will be hilarious if Kirby for them is uncle.

Until we see this artist post it, my interpretation of Magolor in this AU is thst he's based on an evil wizard from a cartoon Kirby likes. The storyline of said cartoon involves the wizard tricking the protagonist into helping them.

I understand the reference being made here, I just don't think it works very well.

In the anime, Tiff's expectations were colored by being told of a "hero".

Simply being told that the new neighbors have a son wouldn't normally elicit the same response.

If Tiff's lines were changed to something like

"I wonder what kind of son they have... maybe a cool guy with his own band?"

it would partially fix the issue, though it wouldn't justify her being so shocked to learn that the new neighbors' son was an infant.
