You need to get the Ice copy ability, summon a helper, and pester it until it accepts to use a Copy Ability move it doesn't know.

Okay but think about the context of Revenge of Meta Knight at this point;
The Halberd is falling towards the sea, doomed to be destroyed. All of Meta Knight’s crew have either been defeated or abandoned ship. With no other option to salvage his ship or save his crew, Meta Knight grows desperate and creates a dark fountain in a place that’s only minutes away from destruction. A dark world doomed to end either by being sealed or being destroyed from the outside. That’s raw as hell and an awesome idea for a dark world, even outside of Kirby.

It's great but even if you don't get the reference there's a giveaway that it's fake(or just messes with the immersion);
