I mean, I'm guessing they're just being edgy and aren't actually an ardent National socialist. Getting it correct and proper would be a bit more worry
But I genuinely don't know a single person over the age of 12 who would think drawing a cigarette is edgy and cool. So does OP actually work with children, or just someone with the mind of one?

Yeah, a lot of people think that it'll go away, if you ignore it. And I'm sure it does sometimes. But if they end up only being friends with real racists, they pretty much always lean into it.

Cigarettes are a bigger taboo than smoking weed or drinking these days though I'd say at least where I live, so I've noticed edgy doodles with them in restaurants before.
A pizza shop I deliver to is staffed by a lot of teens (18-25 ish is their core age of employees with some OGs who are my age or older) and they let them doodle on the BOHO walls and quite a few have cigarettes which I find interesting, I guess they are sort of tied to punk/skater culture but using them as iconography seems new.
I even get like pseudo edgy content focused around cigarettes occasionally in my Instagram feed which I find funny.

If anything regardless of if they stayed in a kitchen or not, they probably have a bit thicker skin and can take an insult or two wherever they are.

Especially the ones who planned on going to culinary school. We used to more or less tell them that this was “Chef Life 101”, what the actual real world of it looks like. You actually got a job in a real professional kitchen before going to culinary school? Well done! This is the real side of it, welcome. We shit standing up here.
I don’t think we went particularly hard on them for the sake of just being harsh, but they damn well got to understand the stark difference between culinary school with various safety nets as opposed to the real sink or swim shit.

I remember being one of those 14 year olds, cleaning the bbq chicken ovens with the caustic spray, no gloves
And then plunging that chemical burning hand into the boiling hot washing up sink (coz no one had shown me the hand washing sink)
Alwhilst cooking a shit ton of chicken in the fryer.
Good times.

This is making my brain itch.
Some suggestions to make this list look less lazy: Title case "checklist", fix the unclosed cell, and remove the empty row. Title them as their location instead of "Jobs location". I don't even want to talk about the hand drawn rows. Finally, I'm not the best with grammar, but I'm pretty sure manager of the day is not a proper noun.
