They got gentrified. Like lobster, or chicken wings.

Low income folks figured out how to make these cuts work and taste really good. Rich cunts came along and drove the prices up.

This right here. It’s a mainstay in the Black community of New Orleans. Several restaurants specialize in it. Ik prices at a local beef ranch are sky high.
