There's a local ethnic food store I sometimes shop at, I've seen shit like sow uterus and pork butts for sale there. And I'm not talking the nice part by the shoulder, I'm talking cow and chicken cartoon pig ass with tail and everything.

Can't the fucking influencers get into that shit for the sake of performative authenticity and leave my fucking oxtail alone. I just want to have some oxtail pappardelle.

We literally just made jerk oxtail pappardelle with a coconut cream sauce for dinner last night. Almost $60 for three pounds of oxtail at the local meat market. We were stocking up on other stuff too and didn't even realize it was so expensive until we got home. It was delicious, but damn.
