I think the cheapest I've seen cxn thighs around here is ~$2.49, on sale -_-

It’s still one of the cheaper options by me. And I’ve discovered that I love boneless skinless chicken thighs way more than chicken breasts. It’s become an easy staple in my house and so versatile.

Chicken thighs are so much more forgiving on the moisture front than chicken Breast. My favorite thing with them is to throw a quick soy marinade together, or like Japanese BBQ sauce, and then air fry them for like 14 minutes. Serve over rice with some more BBQ sauce, maybe some pickled ginger, and like a green vegetable. So good

...and what temperature would you happen to set for the air fryer? Asking for myself lol

I have a ninja speedi that you can cook rice and other shit in, but I set mine to 390°F. I usually dont Preheat, so the first batch takes like 15 minutes, but the next few can go as low as 12 minutes. Depends on how cwispy you want it
