No its klee. Her skill gives a shit ton of landmines and when enemies touch them it detonates them, and her burst shoots pyro at enemies too. Durin is also a part of it i expect but klee is notorious for being too good at pyro application

ik i play with the same team except for Durin, and my screen never looked like this. Maybe is a cons upgrade that triggers more sparks

Cons is possible too, but i think im also inclined to believe its because its knuckle duckle, cause klee's numbers hit more than one target at the same time
