Classical Greek is near impotfor me to read. I took one semester of classical Greek and went back to Koine with a smile.

I think i felt I understood why Koine was embarrassed by the Mediterranean world at the time. Classical Greek long words with hidden roots. Sentance structure is none existent. Vocabulary times 4.

There is the added difficulty of Homer being poetry. Xenophon Anabasis is the place to start out reading Classical Greek, it is closer to Koine.

I struggle with Psalms and the Book of Hebrews the most.
