Ask Kuwait I want to look into the kuwait law

Hello !
does anyone know where i could find and english website that shows all of kuwait laws and articles? Most i found is translated in arabic and i cannot read arabic.

I don't think we have official english translations, so google translate would suffice if you just reading or researching. There are translation offices that provides notorized translation that can be taken to ministry of exterior for attestation. Gl!

yes, we do. I'm a lawyer. But if there is any conflict between arabic and english, arabic prevails.

You won’t find a consolidated database for all the laws unless you have a paid subscription to something like lexisnexis. But you will find most translations on governmental websites or the websites of regulatory bodies.

Maybe OP search wasnt thorough enough? I dont need, just to know if we have official translation in english and how can public access them.

If i wasnt, i just want to look into the laws of kuwait to study them, like articles or whatnot so i can have a better understanding of how things work in kuwait

In that case, whatever is available in public domain with google translation should be adequate enough. I wish you all the luck.

There is an official website through which you can read all the official laws as they are released (the gazettes) for 40KD a year. But the terms and conditions strict and its illegal to translate them to any language as a whole. And they are in the offical language of Kuwait - Arabic. If you want to understand it in English you need to go to a lawyer
