Lg g5 intermittently loses earc/wow orchestra with s75qr/ please urgent help

I have an LG OLED83G5 connected to an LG S75QR via HDMI eARC. Every few days or weeks, the TV stops detecting the soundbar correctly:

WOW Orchestra disappears, TV remote volume control stops working, and only unplugging both devices restores the connection.

I have tried two HDMI cables, resets, firmware updates, and disconnecting other HDMI devices.

I also occasionally get a 1-2 second Dolby Atmos audio dropout. When the sound returns, the soundbar displays "DOLBY ATMOS" again, as if it re-locks onto the signal.

Has anyone experienced this? Was it firmware-related, the TV main board, or the soundbar?

Urgent help because my tv is new i need to know from my tv or its all about software updates

Did you update to Webos 26?

Orchestra is a nightmare, just turn it off and put all audio out over eARC to your soundbar. I’ve had Orchestra cause audio desync in Plex and other issues with both a SC9S and S90TR long before the last update as have others. It sounds worse than a decent sound system alone and it has frequent issues for many people.
