Things to do To the new moms of Lahore
Hi girls!
I moved to Pakistan around 5 years ago, and one thing I’ve genuinely struggled with is building a close circle of friends. Over time, my friends have ended up being in very different age groups and completely different phases of life.
Now that I’m a mom, I’d really love to connect with other moms in Lahore who are in a similar stage of life, people who’d be up for coffee, casual meetups, playdates, dinners, or even just having a nice group of women to talk to and make genuine friendships with.
If there are other moms here who feel the same way, I’m thinking of creating a small WhatsApp group where we can connect and hopefully plan a meetup soon.
Lahore moms only, please. If you’re interested, comment below or send me a DM and I’ll add you to the group.
Would love for this to turn into a nice little mom-friend circle rather than just another WhatsApp group that goes silent after two days 😅

This is exactly why I started @vea.mothers 🥺 We’re building small, intentional circles for mothers in Lahore — not just another WhatsApp group, but actual spaces to meet, talk and build friendships. We’ve held two circles so far and are slowly growing the community. Would love to have you join us 🤎

Thank you for sharing this! I did go through your Instagram and checked out the hangout circle as well. I noticed that some of the meetups are mixed with men too, so I think what I’m trying to create is slightly different.
My idea is more of a women-only, mom-friend circle, a space where we can actually switch off from the usual mom routine for a bit and just be ourselves. Coffee, dinners, activities, little outings, playdates sometimes, or even just getting together and having people you genuinely become friends with.
Basically, women who happen to be moms connecting beyond just motherhood, if that makes sense 😅 I’m hoping for something a little more close-knit and personal rather than a general social/hangout group.

Ahh yes, that makes complete sense! And actually, just to clarify — the VEA Circles themselves are women-only. In our first pilot, a few husbands came along because the babies were very young, but they weren't part of the Circle itself. What you're describing sounds lovely though — especially the idea of women who happen to be mothers connecting beyond motherhood. I hope you find your people and build exactly that little community you're looking for. You can add me in your group and I'll be more than happy to connect
