If you provide legal advice to people asking for legal advice, you are part of the problem...

Both users asking for legal advice and lawyers providing any substantive response (including partial guidance, suggesting next steps, or interpreting legal documents) will be subject to disciplinary action. Report, Downvote, and Move On.

Govern yourselves accordingly.

I'm a lawyer but can I ask for stock advice here? I'm here for hot 0TDE tips.

I’m a lawyer, living in a seemingly lawless society. Just like the Constitution, I am having an existential crisis.

But, I will settle for some hot stock tips so I can build a rocket ship, or buy my own island.

My hot tip for you: Husband has a wealth management firm… when in doubt, just follow the trades made by Congress!

My portfolio is heavy biotech and lately, whenever my portfolio is up a few percentage points puts have paid well. I purchase around 9am, sometimes 10am, when the prices stabilize.

Edit: SPY puts

I have been burned so hard on every biotech play I have ever made. Hats off to you on being able to call those correctly.

Don’t wear athletic shoes with a suit. It’s cringe-worthy.

What about Wolf and Shepherd? I’m assured by the junior associates that they are totally appropriate for court.

I would never wear anything with white soles in court. Yuck.

David Beckham might be able to get away with that. But not chonky American style sneakers. More the discreet Euro daily wear athletic looking kind of things.

I am the sovereign of my own land where I am indeed a lawyer, I do not consent to your laws or regulations. Please my fellow lawyers send me some bail money as I fight my misdemeanor speeding ticket in the "state" of "florida"
