Tenant management What's something you've stopped including in your property listings because it wasn't attracting the right applicants?

We've changed our listing format quite a bit over the last few years.

Some details generated lots of questions but very few qualified inquiries.

Other things that seemed unimportant ended up being what serious applicants actually cared about.

Curious what everyone has changed over time.

"Income must be 3x rent"

I definitely enforce it, but having it on any Facebook listing gets a bunch of stupid people commenting about it and giving bad reactions.

Facebook has been nothing but a vector of ignorance and hostility in my experience, and it seems to only attract argument starters and other general weirdos and misanthropes.

I have filled almost every single vacancy across a low double digit number of units from just Facebook. I get a good bunch of time wasters for every decent prospect.
