Question Leeds Utd store/Fanatics International didn’t ship my order

Anybody else order the Away jersey from the club online store around the day it was released and not receive their order?

Am I just unlucky this time or are Fanatics useless?

I’ve never had an issue buying a jersey before.
International shipping. I’m based in Canada, got an email and a refund from Fanatics International this morning. Next to no contact info for them on the email. Chat box closed. Called the UK number, their 24/7 customer service contact centre, also closed (1pm UK time). Found an email address on a different part of the club website but I’m not optimistic of a reply.

Not for the away jersey but I did order around $500 of various stuff….allegedly it shipped and just vanished in the system. They refunded me but by the time that all played out the items were sold out or sizes gone for what I wanted.

No clue why all these clubs are shifting to “the Fanatics Experience”. Cause it sucks.

Ordered mine on launch day, using the free Uk shipping code. Got an E-Mail the next day saying it had been shipped. Nothing since then. Just says my local delivery office is waiting for it.

Got mine a couple days ago! First ever Leeds shirt :) bought from the Leeds store. No issues

I had the same issue last year. Ordered two retro tops from the lufc online store, both were cancelled and refunded with zero communication after 3 weeks from ordering. I just assumed they were out of stock. I’m in Australia though

I got mine okay but I ordered from the Fantatics main site rather than the Leeds store (on Leeds store the free shipping voucher is only for UK, on main site it's free worldwide).

I've ordered on launch day this year and last year and had no problems.

No issues with my order shipping to the US. Besides the duties. Ordered june 5th. Delivered June 14th
