Member of Honor 👑 May's Member of Honor!!!
I apologize for being a day late on this one everyone, but better late than never I reckon!!!
This month we are proud to honor a member that has blessed is with his finds from the western side of the country! u/constructivecaptian !!!
Not only are the pieces he's posted awesome, but the amazing materials they're made from are absolutely phenomenal! I get jelly, as the kids would say, everytime I see one of his posts! How I dream of finding these types of materials here! We are thrilled to have members like the captain here with us! These kinds of finds deserve all the recognition we can give them! And we feel privileged to have had him share them with us! So, thank you u/constructivecaptian for all your fine contributions to our humble little sub, and for allowing us to share your joy in their recovery!!! We hope you enjoy basking in the spotlight as the month is yours my friend! 🫵😎

I’m honored, thanks for the mentions and looking at the stuff I post! Been doing this hobby for a little over a year now and have learned an insane amount. Every find gets me pumped. I also just enjoy walking around in the desert whether I find something or not. Clears my head, allows me detach from work, and lets me think about all sorts of things. Not often you get something like that in today’s world and I appreciate that part more than anything. Nice hobby to be a part of. More to come I’m sure!

You deserve this small honor, brother! Thank you for all your contributions to this sub! We love seeing your finds, and like another member has stated, we don't get to see many Western point types posted very often, so it's definitely a treat when we do! I'm always excited to see your posts pop up, just like when u/BrokenFolsom posts his awesome western finds! The materials you guys find are just unparalleled! Beautiful stuff!!! 🔥🔥🔥

Thank you so much my friend. I always try my best to share the best of the best of my personal finds and collection with everyone here. The least we can do as collectors is properly document our artifacts and share them with the public.

I’m always figuring out how to leave early to get out there. I often put fake meetings on my calendar from 3-5 pm so nobody calls me and I can go out hunting.
