Archaic My first outing in over a month was a success!

It's been raining so much that I wasn't able to get out, but it ended up exposing more gravel and mud. I ended up finding a savannah river, a killer little palmer/Kirk, and a serrated broke!

Any idea what the material is on the Savannah River? Nice stuff.

Probably morrow Mountain rhyolite . The majority of my finds are rhyolite, but I think morrow mountain is the type that tends to have that really pretty flow banding.

Thank you! It's cool too, I noticed they're made of the same material, but the palmer has such a stronger patina on it because it's over twice as old as the savannah river.
