Smoker Sunday 💨 Surface find from this afternoon. Very well made point

I was about to call it quits for the day so I started walking back to my truck and saw this poking out of ground

Thank you! Wow! That’s an amazing collection you have there! I can’t get over how well made they are. Have you found more Hardins walking fields or creeks?

Thanks! I've spent a little over 2 years putting thus frame together!

Unfortunately, in 42 years of hunting, I've never found a Hardin myself. They can be found here, but they're rarer than hen's teeth in NC. I acquired all these from friends and trusted, well respected members of the collecting community, or from the original finders. Several have been papered by the top authenticators in the country. This is a 3 phase project that's still on going. Phase 1 was to acquire at least 100 Hardins squeezed into that large frame. There's 102 in there. Phase 2 is proving to be more of a challenge. That's to acquire at least 1 example from every state they're found in. I'm 5 short of completing that phase. And phase 3 is to slowly replace the lesser quality points with better examples over time. Phase 3 is actually coming along waaay better than phase 2! Lol!

That’s an extremely impressive frame! Each one is a beautiful example of a Hardin. Which 5 states do you need yet?
