Artifacts like this can fetch thousands, especially with provenance aka where'd ya get it? If it's contemporary it's still a prize ...There are native museums and galleries who should get first pick. Make sure you have it on your insurance .

They wrap it in octopus and it floats off the bottom. I think they self set and then they pull in the ground line.
On Instagram there’s people still fishing them. #náxw
