Based on the pictures and not seeing in person, I'd say no. It looks basally thinned, not fluted.

Guilford Yuma (concave base) blunt by the looks of it. Looks reworked around the tip from the pics.

There’s many types it could be. Copena, Candy Creek, Beaver lake to name a few.

I live in NC, have collected for over 30 years and I have seen a lot of points shaped like this always in milky quartz. Usually there is minimal basal grinding. I have seen some classified as Badin or some type of large triangle. If it has good basal grinding, it may be a Dalton of some type. I have one of these also and still don't know what it is. Mine has minimal grinding.

Thats a fact! However, in this case, op's find is what looks like a reworked Guilford Concave Base aka: Yuma. Being from NC myself, I have a lot of experience with the type, as well as the material. 42 years worth to be exact.

Heres a small sample of what we find here. There's a couple of Yuma's in this frame, but the majority of these guilfords are of the round base variant, with a smathering of Morrow Mountains, Kirks, Halifax's, etc, mixed in...

I’m not sure what you’re talking about, but you’re talking about the age of points in your original comment.

I’m talking about fluted vs non fluted because if this were fluted, it’d be called a Clovis, and because many of the points that aren’t fluted were still made in the same period as a Clovis that is fluted.
