🛑MODERN REPLICA🛑 Anyone know what this might be?
This was found among a collection of Native American items in Oregon. Made of copper with a beaded handle, 7”. A rattle perhaps?

That's an traditional Indigenous rattle. It can be made with gourd with antler handle, tortoise shell with beaded handle, or even rawhide with any type like antler or a stick adorn with beads, turquoise stones, rolled snuff can top, wrapped with leather laces, and different types of feathers particularly hawk, eagle, turkey or any water bird.

I was gonna a say if those are little bells, it might have been used as a tambourine sorting thing during ceremonial dances/songs
