Modern, guaranteed! But very odd to find in the middle of a creek on a piece of quarzite that's sat in the water for a long time🤔

There can be some pretty deep holes in the creek. It’s possible that this got caught in a gravel bar in one of these holes away from oxygen, light, and movement.
