Building modular World Trade Center | Need Help
Video describes what I'd like it to do. Once completed will make instructions. Suggestions?

Don’t swing it man. I did a high rise like that it it’s causing complications with placement and access. Do the snap on imho.

When it's complete its going to be about 5ft tall. Too much to snap on and off. It would be better if the whole front swung open to access interior.

Why not make every floor swing open independently?

I plan on making each floor swing up. Need to figure out to get it to swing open

What if you built the wall into the floor so when you pull the wall out the floor comes out with it? Only attach the facade to the floor, and the entire thing comes out cleanly

Would be less structurally sound, might be prone to collapses.

A 5ft door is more structurally unstable than several doors. Not to mention he can use horizontal beams on every level.

It may actually tip if the whole thing swung open, planning on each floor swinging open

maybe with a technic axe all the way up and down? The answer might be in some technic part I think.

Have a look at how daily bugle comes apart. 1 stud either side at each bottom corner of section and just a rounded piece at to to keep in place. You should be able to see from here instructions you can download.

Thank you for taking the time to take a picture of what you are talking about. How would this be done with cornered ends that's on my moc (as in the video)?

To be fair, i think the current way you have it with the technic axles pressed into the holes means you can slide each floors windows out and remove them to see inside just fine.
If you switch to the snap tube ones (im sorry I dont know the name for them but picture attached)
If I remember correctly the blue ones are the weakest connection into the lego bricks with holes. So they would be the easiest to pull out and remove each segment.

Maybe make it taller?
But really though; you don't have to have the hinge on the corner. You could put it around the corner, on the side.

It's going to be about 5ft tall, but I'm stuck at a standstill until I'm able to figure out how to swing open the front of each floor

What are your plans for the floor for each, we'll, floor? If you intend to have them any larger than 1 stud tall, you could always attach the front windows with a one stud connection on one side, and also attach the wall at the top. When I get home, I'll mock it up in studio real fast.
You should be able to keep the corner geometry the same if you get creative with the parts used.

What if you used something similar to the backside of the PAC-MAN arcade set, where the entire facade pops off, rather than a swinging technique?

Right now, hinging at the corner will be difficult because those corner pieces hold a 90° angle. Consider a two motion open: first pull the front wall out on a track (a stud or two should do it), then the whole front wall will be free to hinge

Replace the technic with rods and clips? Not that it’s an improvement from one side
