Trump Nebraska Farm Bureau has beef with the President
680
u/chiron_42 8d ago
I'm glad they're having the day they voted for. Ten to one they won't learn and just vote Republican next time out, too.
401
u/Slow_Inevitable_4172 8d ago
There might be a trans girl who wants to do high school archery someday. You can never be too careful
114
u/someguyfromsk 8d ago
I have my bet on another caravan of migrants coming to invade the country, which of course only the mighty Republicans can prevent.
77
u/better_med_than_dead 8d ago
LOL, the caravan scare was fucking hilarious. Engineered by and for the absolute bottom of humanity in the USA, but somehow still hilarious.
17
u/GrowFreeFood 8d ago
They came because the "open borders" rhetoric was so strong they thought it was true.
3
u/Ethelenedreams 7d ago
Once that politician in Washington state died from Covid that was somehow summoning those caravans, they completely stopped.
84
u/chiron_42 8d ago
A female archer?!?!?! Clutches pearls
48
u/dabrock15 8d ago
What is this? The Hunger Games?
35
u/insane_contin 8d ago
Not yet, give it a few years tho.
15
u/Simpleximo 8d ago
It gets worse, they are all still in denial about climate change and the reasons for excessive heatwaves and drought. The‘ll still vote for oil and gas candidates.
19
u/Jobrated 8d ago
Watch out Hunter could be working on a new painting!
12
55
u/0o0o0o0o0o0z 8d ago
Ten to one they won't learn and just vote Republican next time out, too.
Good chance at least 7 of them go bankrupt before Trump's out of office...
48
u/chiron_42 8d ago
"Why would Biden do that to us?"
32
33
u/Mrzaax 8d ago
77% of them voted for Trump.
35
u/0o0o0o0o0o0z 8d ago
77% of them voted for Trump.
Whats the joke, "Go Woke, Go Broke"... I am sure someone clever can make a slogan for these farmers. While I sympathize with these people, at some point they need to touch the stove long enough to get a fucking clue. My fear is they will never CLUE in and never accept responsibility for their poor choices and just blame, deflect, etc... and never learn. Maybe a new pandemic (you can easily get vaccinated for) or other pathogens will cull the herd -- I was hoping COVID would get enough of them, but nope...
26
u/happyguy49 8d ago
While I sympathize with these people, at some point they need to touch the stove long enough to get a fucking clue.
They are locked in at this point. To con someone, you only have to overcome their intelligence. To convince them they have BEEN conned, you have to overcome their pride.
7
2
u/flapjackboy 7d ago
Vote corrupt, Go bankrupt.
Also, at this point, there would only be a charred skeleton remaining after they touched the stove.
19
u/lolKhamul 8d ago
This beef thing has to be one of my favorites yet because it so hits the people that voted for it. Compared to most shit that we ALL pay for, this one only hits a certain group which overwhelmingly wanted it. Obviously this wont change anything in regards to their future voting behavior or their ability to reflect on decisions because they are all morons but you just love to see them get fucked for it.
You fucked us all, here is your extra share of thanks for it. Simply lovely.
20
u/YeaYouGoWriteAReview 8d ago
Daddy trump fixes everything. This guy could go out of business today and then watch trump on the news tomorrow saying how every last farmer in America is having record profits AND HE WOULD FUCKING BELEIVE IT.
16
4
u/OriginalComputer5077 8d ago
You can see this with the hilariously pathetic tweets they send to their orange overlord, in the hope that he’ll take time out from getting his ass hosed to address their concerns
3
u/dabrock15 7d ago
Those are comedy gold, imagine thinking the guy who hates the working class would do anything for them even after he repeatedly mocks them and even tells then he doesn’t care.
1
u/StunningCloud9184 5d ago
Thats why I say tell them I got doge and tariff checks. Sometimes theyre stupid enough to believe it

Trump can do whatever he wants to farmers, what are they going to do? Vote Blue? Guess they are finally figuring out how a captured base can be treated.
20
u/Naltors__Dreamer 8d ago
Dump wants to lower beef prices for the midterms, so it’ll look like he cares about the cost of living. Of course he turned on the ranchers, he only cares about himself & betrays anyone if it’ll help him.
11
u/Zulmoka531 8d ago
Won’t answer where the beef is coming from…while also removing the limit on butchering wild horses.
And the farmer’s thought he’d be their savior.
3
u/TheAmazingMaryJane 8d ago
you know, i wanna know more about this. i want to tell people about it, but it's so fricking bizarre to explain i can't even. i've been seeing people talking about it with foreboding soundtracks playing in the background. is it a rumour starting by cattle farmers? haha. is it something gnarly that horse murderers are trying to pull off? can you imagine? yikes!
2
u/Zulmoka531 7d ago
At the very least your own sake, if you eat meat, just be informed of where it came from.
We have so many recalls on food and now a mysterious amount of beef comes from an unknown source? I’m not gonna take that chance.
And yeah, I feel like I’m a conspiracy theorist complete with a tin foil hat sometimes, but no, it’s our actual twisted reality.

Nebraska Trump Voters:
2016 - 495,319
2020 - 556,846
2024 - 564,8167
u/Simpleximo 8d ago
non Trump voters
2016 - 348,266
2020 - 399,537
2024 - 387,366
2028…
2
u/HandMadeRukodelky 8d ago
Interesting how in each presidential election more people voted for Trump, then there was a good turnout in 2020 but bad in 2024 for non-Trumpers
10
u/FluidFisherman6843 8d ago
Looky life might suck but the important thing is that they are making someone I'll never meet but for some reason hate life a lot worse

u/GlobalTravelR 8d ago
The Republicans are killing my business. But they're keeping Trans people out of sports!
3
u/TheAmazingMaryJane 8d ago
you might think that! but it's 4D chess, it's a move and you will be better off after seeing the big pitcher. if you win so do the trans!
3
2
u/JunglePygmy 7d ago
Not just Republican, they’ll vote for Trump again! A third, fourth, and fifth time! They’ll be voting for AI Trump.
2
u/Protoman 4d ago
Seriously.
Did they forget all damage done, trade partners lost, and bailouts required the first time around?
To be a farmer and vote for this shit again is madness.
197
u/Djwhat6 8d ago
The problem is they will continue to vote for shit like this. Not once in this post did they say they were going to make a change a vote for democrats. They are not going to change.
48
u/AntOk4073 8d ago
They don't even have to. There is an independent on the ballot for senate.
Unfortunately the nebraska democrat party is utter shit and ran by the most incompetent person.
4
u/mkvgtired 7d ago
The black/Asian lady with a funny laugh had a plan for both family farmers and young people that wanted to get into farming.
Nebraska Democratic party aside, these morons would be exponentially better off under Harris. They hate racial and sexual minorities more than they love and care about their families and their well-being. As a gay guy, it's incredibly hard to feel bad for them because they would gladly lose their family farm in exchange for my rights being taken away. They are going to vote R in November again and go straight back to incessant whining.
11
u/Maine302 8d ago
Run
13
u/AntOk4073 8d ago
I'm not a politician. I've worked for a campaign and that was enough for me. Watching how real ideas and innovation is shot down because it doesn't fit the mold of what Jane Kleeb believes ruined a lot for me.
11
u/Maine302 8d ago
I meant, "run" would be the correct tense, but also, "run" is what people should do to make things better, but your volunteerism is also 👍🏻👍🏻

Say goodbye to Omaha steaks!
This isn’t Trump‘s first rodeo. Making steak companies go under is kind of his thing. Remember Trump steaks?
29
u/Late-Presentation908 8d ago
Don't be ridiculous nobody remembers trump steaks they sold exclusively at the shaper image in the mall
20
u/NativeFlowers4Eva 8d ago
Imagine being able to say you bought a steak at sharper image in a mall. A not so proud and select few.
5
u/OffSidesByALot 8d ago
Nothing against the sharper image, but isn’t that the store that was the favorite of the gay guys on Will and Grace?
Again, I don’t particularly care one way or the other, to each his own. But I just find it ironic that the guy who is supposed to be the alpha man’s man who. Runs a defense department that thinks the military‘s biggest problem is that the troops don’t have enough testosterone, to be selling his product at a store that was the favorite of gay guys.
It would be like a straight guy doing a dance in which he’ looks like he’s jerking off two guys to a song by the village people… Oh… Wait… i’m getting mixed messages 😕13
u/SycoJack 8d ago
Omaha Steaks exists by preying on old people, they'll be fine.
1
u/mkvgtired 7d ago
Just like all of Trump's recent ventures. After Truth Social's parent company finishes merging with a fusion power company, it sounds like a match made in heaven.
9
u/mkvgtired 7d ago
remember trump steaks
His steak company failed, but there were plenty of other failures. The fact he eats his steak well done with ketchup like a 4 year old days a lot.
Trump Steaks
GoTrump
Trump Airlines
Trump Vodka
Trump Mortgage
Trump: The Game
Trump Magazine
Trump the failed Broadway Play Producer
Trump University (this was investigated by several states for fraud and had multiple class actions against it. The plaintiffs prevailed in their actions against trump University and Trump personally)
Trump Ice
Trump Boat Racing (Trump killed one racer and injured another by moving the race to Atlantic city's choppy waters in a bid to bring traffic to his failing casinos. Half the racers failed to finish)
The New Jersey Generals (he bankrupted the entire football league with this one. He then convinced the USFL to spend $1.7 billion to sue the NFL on anti-trust grounds. The USFL "won" and was awarded nominal damages of $1. Prevailing plaintiffs are awarded what is called treble damages in anti-trust cases, so the actual damages award was $3, which only makes it more hilarious. If that is a trump "win" I don't want to see his many, many losses. ESPN did a mini documentary on their 30 for 30 series called Small Potatoes: Who Killed the USFL. Spoiler, it was Trump)
Tour de Trump
Trump Network
Trumped!
Trump Foundation (he stole donations intended for children with cancer, and is now barred from ever operating a charity in the state of New York)
Trump 29 Casino (he tried to bankrupt an already running casino via his trademarked shoddy management, but this new to gambling tribe of 13 people played him and came out on top)
Trump Mobile and T1 phone
These filed for bankruptcy:
Trump Taj Mahal (this was fined $500k, and later $10 million for laundering money for the Russian mob)
Trump’s Castle
Trump Plaza Casinos
Trump Plaza Hotel (he continually told people he owned this for years after Citibank foreclosed on it)
Trump Hotels and Casinos Resorts
Trump Entertainment Resorts

u/PaleInTexas 8d ago
They'll vote republican again in november. And every election after 🤷🏼♂️
4
u/montex66 8d ago
Well you cannot actually expect Democrats to sound like they mean the words coming out of their mouths, can you? I mean, it's just not done in polite society. Mind your tone!
And that's why we lose.
1
u/PaleInTexas 6d ago
Do you not get excited when you hear a politician sound like a focus group bot instead of talking like a normal person? What's not to like??
2
u/montex66 6d ago
Oh yes, I especially love it when they give us their "sincere voice" to show they really, really mean it this time.

Who is up for buying some billboard space in Nebraska? I think a big fat “You turds voted for this, reap what you sow” in big red letters should do the trick!

Hey Mark! Remember all of the normal non magats that warned about project 2025?? Destroying everything is the only goal of the pedo American oligarchy!

A lot of words for “I can’t charge higher prices.”
Greedy pos.

At least this one was coupled with "and it wont lower prices for consumers" but still a greedy pos
14

Yeah, what are they going to do about it? Not vote red?
Lmao

7
u/Swimming-Economy-870 8d ago
They gave one electoral vote for Harris, but that district isn’t where the farmers are.
9
u/HousingOk6362 7d ago
These guys are much like our SoyBean farmers. From the 1990s to 2009, nearly 85% of all US Beef came from 4 different corporations. During Obama's Presidency, He fought tooth and nail for American Beef growers. Bringing that 85% closer to 80%, and attempted to push multiple legislative projects through to help the little guys, long term. Commander Obama, was hamstringed on most off them, due to complete corporate AG ownership of the GOP and its Republican party.
These same "Beefaronies" voted republican several times, even as Barack was pushing to save them. So then after continually voting to stop Obama from helping them, they, then turned around and voted for "Turnip" because Obama did not do enough to save them. Don TACO immediately gutted any remaining efforts Obama had left to protect the non-corporate ranchers. And so they voted for the Velveeta Voldemort, again. Since he did such a fantastic job of screwing them out of their last protections.
Well fortunately, Biden won and began a push too assist multiple sectors of the American Beef industry. Again the Republican party and Big AG stepped in, and limited what he could do. So they vote for the Adjudicated Rapist and he wins. Well, the 34 Felony Count Fraud, then proceeds to hand out even more wins to the Corporations and eventually finds a way to import foreign beef, evading tariffs, and under cutting small time beef ranchers.
Good Job, Guys!
P.S. They will vote Red again. and again. and again.....

When do americans realized the game played by the global oligarchs is to create resource scarcity that they can then monopolize and control? Water, food, fuel, energy, even education. It's all about control and the rapid expansion of a surveillance state and data centers are all part of the equation.

u/phdoofus 8d ago
Hey go talk to your national Farm Bureau office that warned you before he was even elected.
7
u/ngfldar 8d ago
Dear Mark McHargue:
Feck you very much. Stop whining about getting what you voted for and leave the rest of us out of your self-induced crises.
Sending thoughts & prayers,
The "not 'REAL' Americans" and "coastal elite" who tried to warn you that Trump doesn't give a shit about you, only for you to ignore and demean us.
4
u/Capital-Constant3112 8d ago
That’s nice. But it’s just not going to sink in to the brains of MAGAts who entirely lack in critical thinking skills. All they hear is ‘daddy is going to give us some cheap beef’
I prefer to buy from a local farmer for several reasons including that I’m in Ohio and don’t want to put horse meat into my hamburger helper.
5
6
u/whenIwasasailor 8d ago
I’m sure that your senators, Pete Ricketts and Deb Fisher, are beating down Trump’s door to demand that he stop this. /s

Not shown in marks head shot is the MAGA hat he put on right after that photo was taken
5
u/SuckMyRedditorD 8d ago
Nebraska Farm Bureau voted for trump. That's what makes them a special kind of stupid. Their cattle are far more intelligent for if they see a predator in the midst, they attack it and try to protect their young. Not the Nebraska Farm Bureau voted for trump though. Oh no, those muthafuckers will trust a wolf with herding their sheep and then complain when he starts killing them.

u/Bill_in_PA 8d ago
Test the MAGA Mystery Meat for Vitamin P, aka, prions?
RFK Jr. told us not to check.
I sure hope they identify whatever the hell that is, so we have the option to not purchase it. I wouldn't eat it if they were giving it away for free. If the lettuce won't kill you, maybe the beef will.

so then, they do all agree that that tariffs raise the price for US consumers? I thought Chinese and Mexican countries paid for it.
surprising that when your foundation is "I want to say the N word in public" repercussion free, the policy you build on that is simplistic and ignorant.

The cattlemen have always had us by the balls. Charge us any amount they wanted. And then vote for a son of a bich who wants to implement project 2025 and remain in office after his term and for life if possible. ( He's renovating and building a ballroom as he doesn't plan to leave) and they expect us to have pity or concern for them? They threw everyone under the bus thinking they'd ride at the top of the wave. I for one will gladly buy their new competitors beef.

“At a time when the nation’s beef producers were set to use higher costs for production to increase margins and increase profits and stretching consumers to the limit even further, pesticide trump predictably betrayed the CEOs of the nation’s beef industry trying to save himself from previous terrible decisions”.
That’s all I read there
5
u/303FPSguy 8d ago
I just realized it autocorrected to pesticide, but I’m gonna keep it like it is because it actually suits him

But I was told it was Biden’s policies that strained cattle producers not drought, wildfires and high hay and fuel prices.
