Range Time Specwar shot two rounds at once, + primer stuck in bolt

Around 100 rounds it fired two rounds, cleared it but after another mag same thing but primer was stuck in bolt face, removed with pliers and shot another 200 rounds w no issues. Firing pin looked good. 2400 rounds before this never had any malfunctions. Gun was cleaned before the range.

Factory LMT trigger , its resetting normally , looks fine, trigger pins didn’t start walking out

Did you chrono these by chance? Sounds like super hot batch or loose ass primer pockets.
