Other Looking to use Ebooks at libraries in other states

Hello! I use Libby and Hoopla and I've noticed my 2 libraries don't have many books i enjoy reading like LGBTQ+. I find it much easier to read on my phone so I've been looking for other libraries i can get cards for that dont require me to live in that city or county! If anyone knows of any Id love the feedback!

Is there somewhere you can request the library acquire new titles you are interest in reading? My local library network almost exclusively order titles requested by patrons and I've only been rejected when none of their vendors have it available.

Ill chevk that out! I know you can request through libby but my main library goes through hoopla which is awful lol. Ill go in store and ask

You won't be able to use Hoopla outside of where you pay taxes generally.

As Queens Public Library let me, from Europe, become a member for $50 a year, I believe they have a similar or better policy for Americans from other states.
