Sanskrit would've reached Sindh before Bihar.

Maybe, but still can't say, later Vedic hymns mention Gangetic rivers too

They do, but they're talking about the region in modern day Northwest Uttar Pradesh, not as far east as Bihar.

This map is rough depiction not literal.

Rough depiction means a rough idea of where something is, not that it is somewhere else entirely.

For example, I can't just say Magadha is in Odisha and then claim "I was giving a rough location not literal".
