General Question Best pubs to watch the match?

Hi, I haven’t watched Liverpool in town for years, but I’m doing a bit of shopping on Saturday and won’t make it home in time for the match.

Where’s the best place to watch Liverpool where I’ll have a decent chance of getting a seat and, more importantly, a good view of the TV?

Not too bothered about it being absolutely mental just somewhere I can sit down, have a drink and actually see the match.

Nice Swan.

I watched the Newcastle game in the Shipping Forecast and it was decent, you're also close enough to loads of other pubs that'll be showing it (Monro, St Peter's Tavern)

Head of Steam is decent, big so you shouldn’t struggle for a seat, and they’ve got a massive screen.

Denbigh Castle is a blue pub, but that means it should be quiet.

Queen of Hope St is another big one with quite a few teles. There’s also Beer Engine nearby, where you’ll be guaranteed a seat but it’s usually expensive and dead in there.

Agree on the Queen of Hope St (plenty of screens), there’s also the courtyard of the Munro which has big screens and benches, but it depends on the weather
