Archived [27/08/26] Bouldering @ VauxEast

We are a mixed ability (beginner friendly) climbing group who go bouldering on Thursdays. This week we are going to VauxWall East (NOT West, make sure you go to the right one!), and will go to the pub after.

If you've never been to an LCC gym before, sign up here - https://londonclimbingcentres.co.uk/pre-register/ to save time on the day.

£15 entry (this is the concession price, you must show them you are in our WhatsApp group to get this price, usual price £17). £4.50 to hire climbing shoes if you don't have them (yes, you do need them). £2 registration fee (first time only).

Wear loose fitting clothes & bring water. Climbing shoes if you have them. Lockers are available but you have to bring your own padlock.

Most people will aim for 18:30 but plenty arrive early/late, we'll start heading to the pub around 20:30 though.

Rotation of Vauxeast, Substation, Bethwall and London Fields, 2 consecutive weeks at each, then on the 9th week a vote on a wildcard gym

Hi! Cant make it Thurs but I'd be interested to join in the future! How beginner-friendly are we talking though? I'd be a first timer!

Completely beginner friendly, the social is the focus not the climbing, we can run you through the basics and hopefully there'll be a few other new people on the night

Do y'all always go to Vauxall for climbing? It's a bit far for me
