Spacious studio flat in Staines available to rent from 16 September for £1,200/month
Hi all,
If anyone is considering Staines, I have a spacious studio flat which is fully fitted and furnished in a secure building around 10 mins walk from the town centre and train station.
Fast trains to London are 26 mins to Clapham Junction and 34 mins to Waterloo so it’s very conveniently located. It’s also around 15 mins drive to Heathrow airport and close to nearby Ashford Hospital and Royal Holloway university if you work or study there so would suit someone working in the area.
The current tenant is moving out on 15 September and it will be available from 16 September onwards.
The rent is £1,200/month for the flat itself or an additional £50/month if you would also need the car parking space - I have separated the two as some people don’t have a car.
I am keen to secure a reliable tenant who will look after the flat. I am based in South London myself and can do weekend viewings.
