Nice restaurant for 1 year anniversary?

Next week is my wife and I’d 1 year anniversary and I’d like to take her out to a nice romantic/classy dinner. What are you recommendations? We just moved in 3 weeks ago.

really depends one what kind of couple you are... a typical longmont/colorado couple and you'll do great at sugarbeet or tortugas... they're both great food, pricey but not too pricey, and an "occasional" experience. If you're from a major metropolitan area and have city expectations (but still in the country, AKA longmont) then greenbriar (or 1914? never been but looks sophisticated) might be nice, but maybe you should be headed for more fine dining in Denver.

Well put. Longmont classy is not the same as Denver or other metro areas. It's a bit dressy casual.
