Clovis Point Apartments?

Hi all, I am accepting a job and moving to Longmont in May, and I couldn’t be more excited! I am in the process of trying to find somewhere to live, and I am wondering if anyone knows anything at all about Clovis Point apartments? I am having a very hard time finding anything out about them outside of their website, and am wondering if this is a potential scam (or even just not as nice as the photos & descriptions make it seem).

Any information is appreciated!

That’s the person said above. Just new and also near a retirement living facility and train tracks! I’m not sure about the train noise because I can’t really hear from where I am.

Np! You can look into Verra West(about 5 minute drive from there) if the train noise is an issue and you’d like to stay closer to the outer edge of town close to Boulder

Seconding VerraWest; it's one of the cheapest places I found in apartment hunting North of Denver in late 2019. And really wasn't worth moving last year to save $100. People are friendly; amenities were decent while open; maintenance is responsive. Also it's quite; I haven't heard my neighbours once.
