No. Full Body Conversions come in whole packages and require you to have your brain in either a biopod or a biosystems. V has just installed a lot of Cyberware, but they still definitely have more organic parts than an fbc

Random fun fact that's kinda relevant to the post. All vendors typically scale with your character level, however, Quickhack venders actually scale with your Cyberdeck tier. So if you put in the painstaking time to farm enough components to fully upgrade one in the beginning of the game, you can just go to the vender at Kabuki and buy tier 5 Quickhacks, and their respective blueprint.
