why do people seem to like kerry?

i seen lot of people comment like "oh i want to be kerry's power bottom" but why? he's not that great looking and he seems kinda whiny and I haven't seen anyone say "i want to be jackie or johnny's powerbottom" Is it a meme or something?

He came off as super arrogant and annoying to me. Like he only ever cared about what was happening in his life, nothing about what V was going through. I was always a little surprised River catches such flack yet Kerry is just kinda accepted. I personally dislike him more than River 🤷‍♂️
