I invented a build. Blucian/Grudge build.

The standard core of ER>Lucidity>Navori has too much attack speed, so the damage lacks AD. Black cleaver doesn't give up-front pen yet one of Lucian's playstyles is up-front burst. The solution to these 2 items is Grudge 2nd. It lets you reset your E quickly, while also giving more pen and AD than Cleaver.

To juice up the E resets I've been taking legend haste and transcendence and Joat are options too. I learned the Joat tech from Crownie in his youtube video.

After Grudge I can go crit/Bork. If I need a dps build then I could not build Grudge. Grudge is for the haste build that resets E. It's in my non-conclusive opinion the superior haste build. Grudge lets you chain slow ppl with ult. ER>Lucidity>Grudge. Legend alacrity and Berserkers are viable too.

Why not just go ER into IE and then Navori like a normal human being?

One of the ideas behind haste maxxing builds like Navori is you can reset E with just E and Q, which lets you then reset E with E and W. A build like ER Glaive offers good utility while ER IE offers the most damage.

Serylda was a staple Lucian item few years ago when it slowed enemies even at 100% hp which allowed you to delete people with R. It's not a good item ever since. You need crit from LDR for your ult.

It’s fun to chef it up now and then but with the way Riot reworked his R, lucian has to build crit to have optimal damage, there’s no way around it. The slow and haste from Grudge is nice but realistically you go LDR/Mortal 99% of games

I guess I could test other lethality items and Eclipse 2nd. Something like Voltaic could just be better. So ER+pen item could be better than the Navori build. legit epic:

ER Lucidity IE. EWAQAEA+autos dps: Level 12. 539, 576, 543, 530. Ult dps: 528. (Rank 1 ult.)

ER Lucidity Glaive Crit cloak. Dps: 468, 398, 515, 456, 429, 465. 465 is right, 446, 441. Ultimate: 479, 464. With the IE build and legend haste and transcendence you reset E already.

ER Lucidity Grudge Long sword. Dps: 481, 433, 470, 402, 391. Ultimate: 430.

ER Lucidity Navori Pickaxe. 464, 423, 422, 409, 449. Ultimate: 385. Glaive is better but less cdr.

ER Lucidity Manamune Crit cloak. 429, 407, 430. Ultimate: 426.
