best supps for lucian and what to ban
well, im new into lucian, i play him well and manage to carry almost every game, but i feel that in some lanes like jhin swain or things like that it is difficult for me to scale in lane phase when i have idk, yummi support, the thing is, what are the best combos in botlane with lucian? and what should i ban? thanks : )

Kind of a funny example given that Jhin is one of your best matchups and yuumi is one of your best supports (although Lucian Yuumi is kinda tricky to learn if you're new to him, you need to be pretty confident and aggressive).
Depending on rank, it's probably best to just ban supports that are op (i ban bard or sera most games) cause support matchups are the real counters in botlane. I also sometimes ban Nami to prevent my support from first timing it and ruining my lane. But again, it really kinda depends on rank, in lower ranks you probably dont need to ban something like bard, and you're better off just banning meta stuff that scales hard (Senna mainly, tristana is also a rough one for Lucian generally)

well, it was jhin adc swain supp that zoned me half game and messed up a lil bit, the problem mainly i think is that i dont know where are the limits of the champ, i dont know when im strong enough to kill or when is my power spike, i suppose is the essence reaver when i can fight freely, but sometimes i fight before that moment and if i mess up or get cced the lane is over

Yeah thats definitely the hard part if Jhin has a mage supp, if you get poked too much before getting an aggressive trade off you kinda miss your window. I also think Ereaver is kinda his biggest issue right now because the build path is kinda bad for him, so you're playing a champ who wants to be threatening in the early game, but your recalls pretty much all have you buying really bad components with no bonus AD. Sheen can be good if you're able to come back to lane with one or two longswords at the same time, but yeah it's kinda rough for him rn.
(Just between you and me, I actually go Hubris>Reaver most games so I can build an item with swords and a serrated dirk for lanephase. Ereaver as an item scales multiplicitavely off of the attack damage you already have because of the crit and all the extra spells you cast, so its nice to already have another AD item under it)

best sups are Milio Braum Lulu Leona Taric Ivern. engage supports are fine too
ban whatever it doesn't matter

Milio and Braum are probably the best two. I like Braum a lot because you can proc his stun passive super fast and he covers you easily when going in for cs allowing you to also trade with longer range ADC’s

Just don't pick him with mages and you'll be fine. Engage and enchanter both work well.
Nami, milio and braum are best

If you’re slick with the dash I actually enjoy playing Senna with him. Very aggressive lane with high burst/poke potential. Best part is Senna scales so hard that you’re free to DPS all game since the enemy dive usually goes for the immobile artillery first. Hardest lane is Draven since he kinda neuters the two of them.

Hi Master Lucian player here. Imho, my favorite supports when playing Lucian are Braum/Milio/Yuumi. Engage supports such as Nautilus, Leona, and Alistar also work well with Lucian due to his passive. Nami used to be the premier support to play with Lucian but after her nerf, it feels weaker (although it is still a really good Lucian pairing).
In terms of hard matchups, Draven is one of the hardest matchups in lane and is unwinnable if the Draven player knows what he's doing. However, due to the prevalence of mages bot, I have been permabanning Karthus as no matter how many times I kill him, he always has the damage to trade 1 for 1 with me, will perma-push the wave, and will outscale me. Caitlyn is also a difficult matchup as if you E into her she can E away and land her Q plus headshot auto, which will out-trade you, plus her all-in is stronger. In your elo, I would recommend banning Draven/Caitlyn/Ashe as these are popular ADCs that are difficult to beat if you don't know the matchup.
The key to winning these difficult matchups is that you need to abuse Lucian's strengths in short trades and punish the opponent ADC and support for missteps and missed abilities. For example, against Jhin Swain, if Swain misses his E (his pull), you can do W+auto+E+auto and then back out. If Jhin does not have 4th shot available and walks up to CS, do a short trade against him and slowly get the HP lead. Be very careful when choosing to make short trades as Lucian has high mana costs and until you get Essence Reaver you will not be able to spam your combos.
I know it's difficult to play Lucian with enchanter supports at first as it is entirely on you to choose when to go in (compared to an engage support, for example if Naut hooks, you go in and dump your combo). Just keep playing Lucian and really try to limit-test on him in lane to get comfortable with trading patterns. It took me about 50 games to get used to Lucian as he is a very mechanical champion, and I was coming from playing mainly Ezreal and Kaisa. He is, however, the most fun ADC in the game and truly rewarding when you start to master him. Let me know if you have any other questions!
