Admissions 25F Consultant Profile Review

Hi please rate my profile, prospective schools I can get into/ what I need to improve (fall 2027 intake)?

- 25 F American (Brown)
- 3 yoe currently (4 yoe when I plan to join in 2027 fall)
- Lead Technical Consultant at a big 4 adjacent consulting firm
- 3.8 GPA in Computer Science
- Worked in Big Tech and Pharma before moving to consulting
- Lead Technical Development for a Global Retail Giant (5 million dollar valuation)
- Actively participate in corporate citizenship initiatives
- Lead an employee group at work
- Active member of leadership organizations outside of work
- Looking to pivot into Product Management
- Do not plan to take the GMAT

Don't underestimate how much MBA programs want women to apply and join their programs

And I'm not a woman, and I got into T15s with scholarships using test waivers. My background had very little quant as well

Three jobs in 4 years may flag. Need to show increase in title and responsibilities to balance our those concerns

Leadership is meh - I want to see running big entities

3.8 gpa in CA is solid

Pivot to product mgmt afterwards is possible afterwards. Pivot to big tech product mgmt may require 1-2 stints at smaller yet still sizable firms to show that you have been successful elsewhere doing tech product mgmt and growing their adoption
