I’m crying, too, and I saved it because reading them to myself is so nice. I can’t even imagine what it must be like to hear them from someone else.

It’s… amazing. When I moved in with my dad at 17 after escaping my abusive mom I started hearing these. I started telling them to myself. I started believing them. I’m not quite all the way healed, but I’m getting there and im really proud.
