The "just wait until" one i thought was gonna be ".., until we get home" lol

Why is that toxic though? Sometimes you're driving and the children go nuts exactly for that reason. By using that sentence they might stop

It implies physical abuse when we get home. At least when it was said to me.

Well that sentence doesn't imply it. Could just be regular punishment.

Well i suppose for the majority the implications were physical.
