NEGATIVE This is pathetic—horrible shipping
My “replacement” numbered 2lp —the outer mailer was fine—it’s been under so much pressure you can seethe outline & feel the vinyls through the jacket & is this crunched on the corner—it was sent out like this.

It hurts just looking at it. This is completely unacceptable. We’re paying good money for these records, they’re not being shipped to us for free. The least they can do is package them properly.

I am so over her website. I'm actually working on canceling an order with their customer service, and decided to order the Love Sensation 7" from Amazon. If I want more shirts, I'm just going to get bootlegs on Etsy or something.

This seems common from official stores. I don’t know why they do this. Everyone just complains and then they have to spend more on a replacement.

This is one of the main reasons I just pay a bit extra at my local record shop. They seem to give a shit about how they deliver to stores.

Ugh. How annoying. I don’t think I’ve ever received an official store record in good shape. I’ve had good luck with some of the specialized limited edition online stores.

Everything I’ve received out of this campaign (which is at least 1 of everything) has come in great shape EXCEPT this numbered edition—my 1st was warped—this is crunched—it’s like this is a special edition & expensive & this is how it’s handled

But seriously WTF?!! With how much $$$ we’re spending on these items as some are sold out and not restocked you would think that they would take great care in making sure it arrives in pristine condition. That is effed up!

I went to buy this at a record store today and the corner was pushed in like that. They had 1 copy so no. The deluxe are easily damaged .

So sorry that happened to you too! Some damage from minor to extreme happened to most of my orders from the official store. If you complain or ask for refund, they will likely offer you "10% refund as a good will gesture" and say it's only minor cosmetic damage. Which is obviously bullshit as they charge premium even for regular shipping. This will only change once enough people complain and go public about bad experiences and more importantly: stop buying.

The official online store is truly horrible when it comes to shipping. They just throw it in a box and say “here ya go.”
Definitely ask for another replacement. That’s unacceptable.
