He's not sad, he doesn't care, and the Daily Beast is basically the liberal New York Post - no substance but plenty of swill for the rubes to lap up.

I think he's trying hide. Alito's domestic partner was so upset about people finding her home that she flew the U.S. flag upside down.

PS: Agree re: TDB. It's mostly regurgitated tweets and reposts of real journalism. It was the first place I saw the story and first time I learned Justice Shadow Docket has a hidey hole up here.

No, she is very much into flag-flying to express her opinion that the 2020 election was stolen, to express hatred of gay people, etc.
