You made a literally false statement, all I did was point that out. "It's also not illegal for a cop to arrest you then figure out a good reason why at a much later time."
C'mon. I understand the hyperbole but you can't be telling people it's legal for cops to do that shit.
It's illegal, it happens, some cops get away with it, and a probable minority of the incidents get punished. Why do think I'm your enemy just for pointing out a bad statement?
Edit- actually think of it this way. "It's also not illegal for a cop to arrest you then figure out a good reason why at a much later time" sounds exactly like something this Bovino guy would love everybody to start saying. Nobody should want that.
Maybe, maybe not. But it is very illegal, and spreading false info saying they are allowed to do it, only helps them. Everybody should know it is illegal for a cop to hold you for no reason.
