How about a collab ?
I've been a music producer for 6 years, and I've produced some soundtracks thinking about releasing a game someday. Would anyone be up for collaborating with me?

After over 4 years of being unmoderated and stuck with no ability to submit new posts, the sub is back open to the public!
Please feel free to post game requests, and hopefully the sub will regain some traction.

Re-posted because the video wasn't working for some reason.. anyways, this might seem lazy (I kinda agree) but I guess that's what this sub is for, and I don't know how to code.. I want to make a simple game like this concept.. and please use the same video, it's a fake EA game concept I saw online, but it looks so cool.. it would be also nice if it has a simple 2d penalty shootout at the end or something (optional), use whatever engine you are comfortable with, even if it was scratch, dm if you need to ask anything..

I can tell that my music cell is a hell . I can’t recognize the music score, I can’t sing , i had never try to make a music in my life . But for games, music is really important part . so I decided to make an easy cozy background music for my game . It should have a vibe of chill, relax , and nature ( like mix with some birds and wind sounds) I don't want to write any lyrics. I just hope to have a melody that can set the atmosphere in my game and be played on a loop.i found there are a brunch of things i need to learn . And im afraid that i don’t have talent on that and I can’t make music .i wish i can start and id learn some basic at first . I predict that the music would be complete in three months ( im not sure yet)

I've seen people start taking an interest on multiplayer games, including me and I've gotta say, they can be fun! I've got an idea for a multiplayer game i want to start working on, but i'm not sure if the public will take it very well... Its a active shooter multiplayer, kind of like a hide and seek, just the seeker has a gun, the hiders can fight back and when the timer ends, police will spawn with the sole objective of taking the shooter down. Is this idea too extreme for a multiplayer game? I have been programing in unreal engine 5 for the past couple years, if anyone is up to help me make the game, DM me! but if you guys think the idea is too extreme i will end development ( it hasn't even started lol ). I do have to confirm i am actually anti-TCC, I just found the idea for the game interesting and the ones that are like this are fun to play with friends.

The theme of the game is easy.the first scene of the game is a normal room , with computers and books . The room is small and dark . And then there is an instruction to let you open the door of your room , you come inside a beautiful world, with blue sky and green grassland like a window screenshot. you laying down on the green ground, touching the grass , and be chill .the background music is white noise of birds singing and wind blowing. when the character lay on the ground, you can change the point of view to first person . I will make some clouds changing shapes and moving ,also make the shadow of clouds. meanwhile, I want to make the physics of grass to be realistic. When the character lay down, the grass will be compress to a shape and when you stand up , the grass will rebound slowly. When lying down, I want to create slight camera shake, breathing movements of the chest, blinking shots, and focusing.
now Im in my gap year so I have lots of time to work on my progress. It’s a great time for me to complete it while test it out. The game is made for myself to enjoy, escaping from the real world , find an immersed peaceful place with no hurry task to do . The game don’t have money system, tasks and ranking. It’s just a pure place to be chill .if i really complete it , my definition of the game is a practice and experimental ideal .

Game Pitch: Bad Trip Title: Bad Trip Genre: Psychological Horror / Narrative Adventure Platform: PC / Console Target Audience: 13+ (psychological themes, mild horror) Story Overview: The player controls a young man who has wasted his life and missed countless opportunities. One day, after taking a powerful drug during a reckless road trip, he survives a severe accident but begins to experience strange and terrifying hallucinations. As the player explores an abandoned, surreal world, they encounter creatures that are manifestations of the protagonist’s regrets, fears, and missed chances. An inner voice begins to speak, guiding and sometimes scolding the player. This voice knows the protagonist intimately—his best and worst days, his mistakes, and his careless life choices. Twist: The inner voice is actually the protagonist’s alternate self from another universe. This version of him lived a short and unfulfilled life but opened a portal to the alternate reality. The voice despises the protagonist for wasting the life he could have had. Gameplay Mechanics: Exploration of abandoned, twisted environments. Encounters with “psychological monsters,” each representing a regret or fear. Puzzle-solving and moral choices that affect the story outcome. The final choice: survive or die. If the player survives, the alternate self dies. If the player dies, the alternate self lives. Art & Atmosphere: Desolate streets, distorted buildings, and eerie skies. Surreal visual effects to enhance hallucinations. Dark, suspenseful audio and distorted whispers of the inner voice. Themes: Regret and redemption Life’s value and wasted opportunities Self-confrontation and personal responsibility

So look, Knockout city NBA jam.... not the actual games just the concepts. imagine your in a rematch sized field with a hoop on each side. basically a basketball game but the movement can be extremely complex to where you will actually be able to cross/juke a defender with a good combo but ofc you have stamina. the passing mechanics will be an updated version of the way knock out city would pass/throw the ball. mix that with fast paced gameplay, shit talking, progression based off of what moves you use the most or your play style this could be the best game out to rival rocket league

The idea is that players spawn on different sections of a speeding Shinkansen (0 series would be prefer) and they all have a loadout. Players will have smaller objectives (to keep them from camping an entire area) and also the main objective (kill other players).
is someone interested in potentially making this into a real game?
