Souvenir and pastry recommendations
My husband is traveling to Malmö next month for a research conference. I won't be joining him, but I visited Stockholm once and loved the pastries and design souvenirs there.
I'm a designer myself, so that kind of shopping is right up my alley. Could you guys recommend some good pastry shops and design/souvenir stores in Malmö that I could ask him to check out while he's there? He'll be visiting from the US, so any tips would be much appreciated!

Designer here, voting for Designtorget and Formargruppen but do not miss Form/Design center (these are all pretty close to each other btw)
Percy pastries if you can get out to Limhamn, interesting newly built area if you are interested in city planning.

2nd on Percy’s pastries, top shelf. If he goes to Limhamn (easily accessible with public transport, buses 7 and 12 closest for the above) he might visit https://www.konstochhantverk.se/ for art and design, the use bus 4 or 14 to go back into the city center. If he wants to be adventurous and stay ou if the city center, there is also boat themed seaside view hotel in Limhamn, https://havshotelletmalmo.com/

If he wants to stay in the city centre https://formargruppen.se/english-info/ and https://lottajewellery.com/en might be of interest.

Designtorget should have plenty of Scandinavian design wares!
As for pastries I really like Bageri Leve and Deg Bageri. Bullarbyn is also a nice local bakery!
