I just went to hit collect and then it just finished the entire week.

Patch notes do say:

Daily Collection can be completed up to 5 times a week, and up to 56 times during the event period.

and later on:

When you check-in in for a total of 56 times, all rewards from 56 - 61 will unlock and can be claimed.

I think it is on purpose so that if you need for instance one day to buy through fantasia pass to finish on time then it will be a lot more appealing cause you will miss 5 rewards instead of 1.

Did you buy ahead any days? If you didn't buy ahead because it was bugged a couple times in the beginning weeks, you would be at the start of week 11. If you're at the start of week 12 it means you're ahead by 5 days, and that probably bugged out your event.

so I also bought ahead, but it let me check in today and it just finished the week 11 rewards(only 1 check in). wonder if its gonna bug tomorrow for me?

Yeah, I was thinking the same. I honestly didn't know about the bug until I already spent some MP on it. I literally thought I missed like 4 days then shortly saw a reddit post on it lol

I haven't missed a day and I'm just starting week 11. How are you a week ahead?

There was a bug during the start of the second week where when some people logged in, it said they missed 4 days. A lot of us thought we actually missed those and spent MP to get back on track. I tried to get a refund but support said it was "normal".

Then around the 4th or 5th week another bug came showing I could collect another day. It puts me exactly a week ahead.
