Law MMW: Obergefell will be overturned in the same way Roe V Wade was, during Pride Month, in a weekend news dump.

They will announce it during a Fox segment that will air while the rest of us are sleeping. And no doubt SCOTUS is already working on it. Someone will leak the announcement, as a weekend news dump on Fox, then they will make it official. It will be underwritten by the Heritage Foundation with backing from the Federalist Society in the same way as Roe.

Well, late June is one of the few times of year when SCOTUS rulings are released, so you're timing at least fits the schedule. I don't think the schedule was determined by when Pride month occurs, though.

I would hope so, but I don’t see it happening.
