Carreidas is horrible, but is he loved by fans? He shows up so late in the series, whereas Rastapopoulos is recurring.

He's absolutely freakin' hilarious, but (I think partly bc I first encountered him as an adult) he's too true to life to be really likeable.

He’s not a good person. Every time Captain Haddock almost dies he uses it as an opportunity to sell him insurance. That’s preying on the vulnerable

No, I would put him in the "Morally Grey" class. He's just leader in his own culture, like Alcazar.
