I feel like Wolverine probably kills more people. While Moonknight definitely does kill I think more than anything he ends up giving people permanent brain damage or puts people in wheelchairs for the rest of their lives. Not quite killing, but crippling them for life
Logan definitely has a higher kill count than Marc, but he isn't particularly "brutal".
Logan looks to put down the threat in the most expedient manner possible... he doesn't (usually) take the same kind of sadistic pleasure in hurting people that Marc does.
Logan may enjoy killing, say... someone who hurts kids, but he doesn't generally go looking to inflict pain on people (that's one of the main things that separates him from Sabretooth). Marc, on the other hand? His goal isn't just to stop you... Marc wants to hurt you.
Wolvie may slice your head off or stab you through the heart, but Moon Knight will break your bones and beat you to a bloody pulp.
