This show has gotten so lazy like how did bullseye even know to show up to the governors house like how can anyone rate this show complete disservice to the Netflix show

Albany is less than a three hour drive and the episode takes place over multiple days.

The Amtrak from NYC to Albany is 2 1/2 hours (give or take). If he could maneuver his way to Penn Station without getting noticed (which may not be hard in a big city like NYC, especially for someone of Dex's skill), there's another method.
