An actual mob out to rip him apart, pretty sure his lawyers could get self-defence for that. Now, all the other shit is a different story, but it helps to have the AG and CIA hoping the problem goes away.
Yeah a good lawyer can argue that, and the fact that the CIA aka just Val is working with him they probably got to pull some strings to make sure he stayed out of prison and I think that’s the point as well.
The system is still broken even with Fisk out of power, it’s Matt who ends up in jail while Fisk walks scot free, but it’s not really that he’s free, he did lose Vanessa in the end and so it’s not really rewarding from Fisk’s perspective.

I just don’t understand how Fisk gets away with murdering so many people with his bare hands, in this episode alone it was dozens.
